At Clear Mind Solutions, we strive to provide the highest quality healing services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

 

No refunds on completed sessions: Due to the nature of light and sound healing sessions and the subjective experience of energy healing, we do not offer refunds on completed sessions. We encourage clients to communicate their expectations and concerns before the session to ensure a positive experience.

 

Partial refunds for unused sessions: If a client has purchased a package of multiple sessions and has not used all the sessions, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions, excluding any sessions already attended.

 

Refunds for exceptional circumstances: We understand that exceptional circumstances may warrant a full or partial refund. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent a client from utilizing our services, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. We may require supporting documentation or further discussion to evaluate the request.

 

Refund request process: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at support@clearmindsolutions.ca.

 

We will require the following information:

  • Client's name and contact details

  • Description of the reason for the refund request

  • Relevant purchase details (date, package purchased, etc.)

  • Any supporting documentation, if applicable

Refund processing time: We will review refund requests promptly and aim to process them within 5 business days. However, the exact processing time may vary depending on the circumstances and the volume of refund requests received. We appreciate your patience during this process.
